DOWN PAYMENT PLAN FOR TOWER/INDEPENDENT FLOORS
Stages Payment
At the time of booking 10% of BSP
Within 60 days of booking 85% of BSP +100% of PLC + 100% cost of optional features (if any) + 100% of parking + 100% of EDC & IDC
On receipt of occupation certificate 5% of BSP + 100% of Club Membership + IFMS + RC + Stamp Duty + Electricity & Water connection charges + other charges (if any)
Notes :
  1. In case the purchaser makes any prepayment for any of the installments as stated above, the Developer has a right to retain/refund the excess money received from the purchaser. If the Developer decides to keep such amount, an interest of 10% p.a. calculated on monthly basis for the period of prepayment of installments will be paid to the Purchaser by the Developer on the amount of prepayment, provided such amounts have been lying with the company for more than one year.
  2. If a Purchaser books an apartment in between after the 1st launch date, the entire outstanding amount of the instalments valid till that date shall have to be paid within 60 days of the booking.
  3. Service Tax payable as per the prevailing rates.
